We were born 21.2.1985 in capital of Slovakia Bratislava, where we lived for 13 years. After moving to our current hometown Puchov we started to spend more time on bicycles and in winter we used to play ice hockey for the towns junior team. Sooner or later we liked cycling more and our family begun to travel to the races. In junior we belonged to the world class, Peter was number two and Martin number four at the end of season in junior world cup. We spent most of the time in U23 categoryr in South African team Konica Minolta, We raced half a year in Europe and the other winter part in South Africa, so we raced and had summer whole year thru. In those two years Martin won stage in Giro del Capo and Peter claimed few respectable results like stage win in overall victory Giro del Capo, stage Vuelta Navara, GP Tell and Giro delle Regioni. We both turned professional with German team Wiesenhof-Felt. Another great experience, first little step to real big cycling. Peter becoming World champion U23 in Stuttgart, wining GP Fourmies and we both switched to Team Milram. Dream to be a professional bike rider became true! Peter started twice on Tour de France and as well Martin on Vuelta a Espana. After two years in Milram we joined team HTC Columiba. Team with the most victories what means even higher motivation to succeed.
